Path to Glory Scheduling and Details
Now for all the juicy details on our Path to Glory! Unsure if you want to take place in this event? Read a review for Blighted Wilds here!
The sign up window is going to run from right now until the kickoff on February 6th!
Our Path to Glory games will include the new Blighted Wilds book, which will allow you to create your own Faction Terrain pieces and custom Regiments of Renown as well, so get ready for some great hobby nights for that!
The schedule:
February 6 kickoff for path to glory and movie night (Deathstalker)
February 6 to February 14 first round of games
February 15 to 21 Second round of games points increased
February 22 to 28 Third round of games points increased again
March 1 to 7 Fourth round of games points increased again
March 8 to 13 Final points increase and games
March 14 Final Scenario and wrap up!
Point Limits:
For your first games we are going to begin at 750 points, each week after that the goal is to add an additional 250 points until we reach 2000 pts. Blighted Wilds suggests beginning your army at 1,000 points, so if you can make that happen, we definitely recommend it!
If your army has continued its Path to Glory after Ravaged Coast, you may continue that path with the rules for doing so on page 33 of Blighted Wilds.
As noted in Blighted Wilds, the only two battleplans available at the start of your Path to Glory are Thyria’s Bounty and Forest Fortress. After that battle, your army can *only* embark on battles which you have unlocked, so choose wisely and find someone in the community who is on the same Path as you for future battles. All of the battleplans can be found in the Blighted Wilds book (of course), and on the BCP.
At our final event, we’ll all play the same end scenario to to wrap things up as well as a social event for everyone who took part in the league. This will be a great opportunity to show off your shiny, new army!
Where and when to play:
We will get pairings out at the kickoff event (both in person and by email/discord). The lounge of course is available to use but if you are feeling adventurous head out into the community and grab a game at your favorite local game store.
All games for a given points value should be completed by the Saturday of that week so that we can get a new round of pairings out.
Make sure when you play your game to REPORT to a Battleshock Immune admin, or message the Battleshock Immune Instagram @battleshockimmune with the first and last names of you an your opponent, their discord handle (if they have one) and who won.
